The front desk, restaurant, maintenance, and housekeeping staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. My room was clean, and I appreciated how well-lit the property was at night. While some reviews mention a musty smell or humidity in the rooms, I believe it’s important to consider that the building may be older. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Great hotel. The beds were amazing! They were plush and just so comfortable. I slept very solid. They have all kinds of event spaces here. There was a party when I was there. The gym is nice. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool. So you can get your cold plunge in the morning! They don't connect, but it looks like though! Overall I would absolutely stay here!

Senedu was amazing. Need more employees like her. She gave extra towels when I didn't even ask for them because she knew we had kids. She's great! Scarlett was great too. Very calm and did her job well.

Our stay was Great! Staff was very helpful and the dark-haired lady at the front desk was very nice. She really took care of our check in. The only issue we had was with the TV. It was difficult to use and hard to get local channels. Everything else was great!!!!

My spouse and I chose this hotel for a brief staycation, seeking an opportunity to escape parental responsibilities for a night. The hotel provided ample open parking, and the online booking process was straightforward. The staff members were courteous and accommodating, contributing to a seamless experience. The beds were comfortable, which allowed us to enjoy our stay. Additionally, we perceived the surrounding area as safe and peaceful. I would consider reserving accommodations at this hotel again in the future.

Excellent stay at this Hotel for the State Bowling tournament. 1st impressions are everything and when we entered Maggie and Abdul were so welcoming and inviting. Check in was hassle free and we're promptly in our room on the 4th floor. Room was very clean and comfortable. Their was a small stain in the carpet , which was no problem for me and I don't think it would be a concern to anyone but to people who like to find something wrong everywhere they go. I slept like a baby , they had a church convention going on and if I hadn't saw them downstairs you wouldn't have known they were there. Great location and the staff were great. MR. Samuel in the restaurant was a joy to talk to , an Excellent host and a constant worker. He even told me a $2 bill was good luck, but he said only one . The housekeeper Jacklin was so respectful and accommodating. I bowled horrible but the hotel made my visit to the Dallas area so refreshing. Thanks to everyone there !

We came to town for the night and our stay was decent. Our room was nice but the bathroom doesn't have a fan. The ceiling in the bathroom looked to have had a bad patch job. The room had a smell to it but at least the bed was clean. The bed was a little more stiff and not as comfortable as I was hoping. The road noise outside was very loud and hard to tune out so I didn't sleep well. The lobby is nice and clean and the parking lot was well lit. There was a ton of places to eat very close to the hotel. It was a nice stay but definitely need to do something about that road noise.
